Terms and Conditions
This competition is organized by Gorilla Software on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid account on the Platform. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate families of such employees are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, follow these steps:
- Comment the competition post on the social media account. 🦍
- Share an image or video of your favorite Gorilla3D post with #gorilla3d on Instagram/Facebook or YouTube.
- Until the end of 31st December 2023.
Prize
Up to 3 winners will receive a [T-Shirt & Cup] bundle.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 26th December 2023 by a representative of the Organizer. The winner will be notified via direct message on the Platform within 24 hours of selection.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address within 4 weeks of notification. The winner must provide a valid shipping address to the Organizer within 7 days of notification. The Organizer is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages.
The competition organizer bears the shipping costs.
General Rules
Multiple entries from the same person are not permitted. Entries must be original and not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.
Release
By entering this competition, you agree to release the Organizer from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from your participation in the competition.
Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or interruptions of the platform, or for any damages or losses caused by any such malfunctions or interruptions.
Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of Germany.
